Stephen B. Wilde
Chairman Emeritus, Portfolio Manager
Steve serves as Chairman Emeritus and as Portfolio Manager with Glass Wealth Management Co., LLC, having been with the firm since its merger with Wilde Advisory Services, Inc. in 1995. In his roles, Steve designs and manages client portfolios, contributes to the investment research efforts as a member of the investment committee, and advises on the strategic direction for the firm.
David D. Hornberger
CEO, Chief Investment Officer
David joined Glass Wealth Management Co., LLC in July of 2018 after serving as a Vice President for five years with JPMorgan. In his role as CEO and Chief Investment Officer, David directs the firm’s investment research, helps oversee firm administration, and provides strategic direction to the company.
Christopher S. Wilde
President, CFO, Head of Family Office Services
Chris joined Glass Wealth Management Co., LLC in December 2013 to lead the family office efforts. Now serving as President, CFO, and Head of Family Office Services, Chris’s duties include investment research, family office activities, client development, and various office administrations. He contributes to the firm’s strategic decision-making process and oversees firm finances, as well.
Campbell Seay
Investment Analyst
Campbell joined Glass Wealth Management in June of 2024 after graduating from Texas A&M University with a degree in Economics. As an investment analyst, Campbell provides security analysis, monitors macroeconomic trends, and contributes to the firm’s investment committee meetings.
Eileen Williams
Chief Operating and Compliance Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Eileen ensures the smooth operation of the office. She also leads the client service efforts and provides support for a variety of firm initiatives. A native of Westhoff, Texas, Eileen joined the firm over 20 years ago and has deep roots in the area surrounding Cuero and San Antonio. Previously, Eileen worked with Coldwell Bankers and maintains an inactive Texas real estate license.
Edward M. Glass
Founder
Mr. Glass founded our firm in 1988 to carefully manage the investment assets of South Texas families. A leader in the local investment industry, he chartered Glass Management Co. as one of the area’s first registered investment advisory (RIA) firms.

In his roles, Steve designs and manages client portfolios, contributes to the investment research efforts as a member of the investment committee, and advises on the strategic direction for the firm.
He began his career in the investment industry with Rotan Mosle Inc. in 1972. He then opened and managed the San Antonio branch for Underwood, Neuhaus, & Company, Inc. (1981-1985) and later joined Smith Barney & Co. (1985-1987). In 1987, Steve founded his own registered investment advisory firm, Wilde Advisory Services, Inc., eventually merging it into Glass Management Company in 1995. Steve also owned and operated Wildwood Land & Cattle Co., a cattle business focused on the family ranch near Westhoff, Texas.
Steve, a native of Corpus Christi, graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and later obtained an MBA with honors from Our Lady of the Lake University. He served our country with distinction during the Vietnam conflict, earning the Silver Star, Bronze Star, Air Medal, and Purple Heart.
Throughout his career, Steve has remained committed to the local community, serving as chairman of the board of Mission Road Ministries, director of the Bledsoe Foundation, life board member of the Children’s Hospital of San Antonio Foundation, and a founder and past president of the Governor’s Club of San Antonio. He has served as an elder in the First Presbyterian Church and as a life member of V.F.W. Post 3972. Steve also is a member of the CFA Society San Antonio, the local chapter of the CFA (Chartered Financial Analysts) Institute.
David Hornberger

David joined Glass Wealth Management Co., LLC in July of 2018 after serving as a Vice President for five years with JPMorgan. In his role as CEO and Chief Investment Officer, David directs the firm’s investment research, helps oversee firm administration, and provides strategic direction to the company.
Previously with JPMorgan, David served in the Private Bank, built and managed a client portfolio having some $100 million in assets, comprised almost entirely of high-net-worth families and individuals. He advised clients on and directed investments in a broad spectrum of assets, including liquid securities (both domestic and international stocks, bonds, funds, and derivatives), private equity, and venture capital.
David began his professional career as an attorney with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati PC, a Silicon Valley law firm with offices in Austin. He transitioned his practice to Vinson & Elkins LLP before moving home to San Antonio. Throughout his tenure as an attorney, David advised corporations, executives, and investors on business and technology matters, ranging from multi-million-dollar transactions and private equity investments to contract negotiations to high-stakes technology disputes. His clients included Fortune 100 companies, family offices, and start-up enterprises.
Committed to his community, David serves as a trustee for the Alamo Heights Independent School District (from which he graduated) and served as president of the board for the 2020-2021, 2023-24, and 2024-2025 school years. He also volunteers extensively with the Heights Business Incubator, a high-school-level program that teaches students about business formation, operation, and financing. He obtained his JD from the University of Texas School of Law and his BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rice University, where he also lettered in football. He remains an active member of the State Bar of Texas and holds the Series 65 securities license.
Christopher S. Wilde
President, CFO, Head of Family Office Services
Chris joined Glass Wealth Management Co., LLC in December 2013 to lead the family office efforts. Now serving as President, CFO, and Head of Family Office Services, Chris’s duties include investment research, family office activities, client development, and various office administrations. He contributes to the firm’s strategic decision-making process and oversees firm finances, as well.
Prior to joining our team, Chris was the Director of Corporate Development at Harland Clarke Holdings Corp., a portfolio company of Mac Andrews and Forbes. He was responsible for generating M&A activity, advising executive management and ownership on existing opportunities, and coordination and execution of all analysis, due diligence, and other activities as part of the M&A/transaction process. In this role, Chris analyzed and advised on deal opportunities valued in the billions.
Chris previously spent over ten years with Ernst & Young, primarily in the Transaction Advisory Services practice. He advised both public and private investors on a multitude of transactions worth billions of dollars, in both healthy and distressed situations, and in various industries including automotive, consumer products, financial services, industrial manufacturing, technology, telecommunications and transportation/logistics.
Chris is deeply committed to community service, serving on the board and executive committee of Mission Road Ministries, Christus Children’s Foundation Board and Endowment Committee, and the San Antonio Zoo Investment Committee. Chris received his Master’s in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and his BA in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame. He currently holds the Series 65 securities license.
Campbell Seay
Investment Analyst
Campbell joined Glass Wealth Management in June of 2024 after graduating from Texas A&M University with a degree in Economics. As an investment analyst, Campbell provides security analysis, monitors macroeconomic trends, and contributes to the firm’s investment committee meetings.
During his academic career, Campbell developed a strong foundation in economic theory and developed skills in data analysis, quantitative methods, and financial modeling.
Campbell was born and raised in San Antonio, where he attended the San Antonio Academy and Alamo Heights High School. While at Texas A&M, Campbell served as the captain of the club lacrosse team and was a member of the TAMU Economic society. He currently holds the Series 65 securities license.
Edward M. Glass
Founder of Glass Management Co.
Mr. Glass founded our firm in 1988 to carefully manage the investment assets of South Texas families. A leader in the local investment industry, he chartered Glass Management Co. as one of the area’s first registered investment advisory (RIA) firms. Mr. Glass previously established one of the region’s leading brokerage firms in Glass, Austin, & Calvert and also formed an independent family office for a prominent local family. Mr. Glass and Mr. Wilde eventually merged practices, combining Glass Management Co. and Wilde Advisory Services into the firm we are today. He retired in 2006 and, after enjoying much time with family and friends, passed away just before Christmas in 2014. Mr. Glass’ tireless focus on relationships and successful client outcomes continues to influence the management and direction of our firm today.
